Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
  • 200 gm Karma Waters gluten free cupcake mix
  • 1/3 tsp salt, 100 gm brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
    Wet ingredients:
  • 250 ml soymilk/ coconut milk
  • 70ml olive/ vegetable oil
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 drops food coloring (yellow)

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well together set aside.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients well together then pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, stir well.
  3. Lightly grease cupcakes mold & pour the mix into cups.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees C in oven for 20 minutes.
