Cauliflower, Broccoli, Swiss Chard & Tofu Soup

Pumpkin soup


  • 1 pack of Cauliflower (30g)
  • 1 pack of Swiss Chard (30g)
  • 1 small size of Broccoli
  • 150g Firm Tofu
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Grass Powder
  • Pinch of Black Pepper


    Preparation & Cooking Method:
  1. Chop the Swiss Chard, Broccoli & Cauliflower into approx. thumb-tip sized pieces; set aside.
  2. Place the Broccoli & Cauliflower into a pot with 4 cups of water.
  3. Bring to a boil and medium simmer for 8-10 minutes - then add Salt, Vegetable Stock Powder & Lemon Grass Powder.
  4. Add the Swiss Shard and let it all cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in a pinch of Black Pepper.
  6. Blend until creamy and then serve.
